Charisa Francisco, a native of Tuguegarao City, Philippines, initially pursued a career in nursing, but her journey revealed a deep-seated passion for Human Resources. Commencing her HR career with an outsourcing firm in the Philippines, Charisa later relocated to the USA to fulfill her entrepreneurial aspirations. Through establishing connections with prominent Health & Welfare brokers in the United States, she identified a significant demand for HR outsourcing services. Drawing on her accumulated 10+ years of experience in both the Human Resources and Health & Welfare industries, coupled with her fervor for contributing to company growth and success, Charisa founded JustHR Outsource. Based out of Houston, Texas with operations in the Philippines, JustHR Outsource offers full-service HR outsourcing with a commitment to delivering services of US-quality standards.
